The project site is located in Riddes, Switzerland and covers an area of approximately 49,000 m2.
The project includes a major extension of the neighbourhood plan, with road and infrastructure development, to make the new building fully connected and easily accessible. The new IKEA shop will occupy an area of approximately 26,000 m2, with a footprint of approximately 13,730 m2, developed on 3 floors.
Site set-up: 13 February 2023
Completion: 15 April 2024
In-situ concrete: approx. 16,000.00 m3
Precast structure: approx. 26,000.00m2, 900 transport, 6,000 m3, 700 tonnes of reinforcement
Steel structure: 500 tonnes
SYSTEMS: From Active: 120 km of PE pipes, Electrical cables: 150 km, Sprinkler networks: approx. 2,300 m
