New 4-star hotels

The study dealt with the structural design of the complex located in via Stamira d’Ancona in Milan, consisting of five 4-star residential hotels (R.T.A.).
The main structure is completely in reinforced concrete with latero-cement slabs, except for those on the ground floor and the first floor and the roof, made up reinforced concrete. The deep foundations on poles with variable length diameters are monopoly plinths under each pillar. In-depth analyzes were required to build the slab on level 1 with a cantilevered garden terrace of 6m light and the metal structures of the penthouses.
